Purnina Vet Diet Feline DM 24 X 195GM is a veterinary diet, scientifically shown to reduce exogenous insulin requirements in diabetic cats, which overall, improves glycaemic function. This diet is very low is carbohydrates in order to lower post-prandial hyperglycaemia. Furthermore, this diet has added Vitamin E to improve immune function and remove oxidative stress brought on by diabetes mellitus. In addition, this diet helps with glucose regulation, helps provide the hepatic metabolism of amino acids and finally contains high levels of amino acids which help to encourage insulin release.
