Natural Free Range Layers Pellets provides an excellent diet for hens – but why not feed a little treat in the afternoon too? Containing Non-GM wheat, maize, peas and with added calcium and grit, Super Mixed Corn encourages hens to peck and provides a healthy and nutritious treat.
For good strong egg shells and optimum nutrition, treats should only be fed in the afternoon, after your chickens have eaten their pellets and no more than an egg cup full (around 20g) for each bird should be given.

Natural Free Range Layers Pellets

• No artificial colours – We only use natural ingredients such as grass, maize and marigold petals for lovely golden yolks and a deep rich taste

• Boosted with vitamins and minerals – Including calcium for a complete nutritionally balanced diet

• Vegetarian Society Approved – We never use fishmeal or animal by-products such as vitamins covered in pork gelatine coating

• Small pellet size – Suitable for all poultry including bantams and cockerels kept with your hens. This feed is also suitable for ducks

• Drug free – We produce all our feed in our own drug free mill

• Ideal all year round – For healthy alert hens and good egg production. Also suitable for pullets that have not yet come into lay and hens that are not laying because they are going through a moult.

Introduce a new feed gradually over 7 to 10 days to help a smooth change over. This feed should be fed with ad lib fresh water and grit should be made available at all times.

For good strong egg shells and optimum nutrition, treats should only be fed in the afternoon, after your chickens have eaten their pellets and no more than an egg cup full (around 20g) for each bird should be given.
